Booking and visiting
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can walk in during opening hours. For contrast procedures such as HSG, IVP and barium studies, please message us on WhatsApp first so we can tell you how to prepare and when to come.
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp at 0320-2616216 or call 041-2616216. You are also welcome to walk in during opening hours. We reply to WhatsApp messages during opening hours.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Closed on Sunday.
What should I bring?
Your doctor's request slip, any previous reports, X-rays or scans, and a list of the medicines you take. For pregnancy scans, bring your antenatal card.
Preparation
Do X-rays need preparation?
Most do not. Contrast studies such as IVP and barium enema need preparation. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send the instructions.
Do I need to fast before an ultrasound?
Only for abdominal scans: do not eat for 6 hours before. Pelvic and kidney scans need a full bladder instead.
I might be pregnant. What should I do?
Tell the staff before any X-ray or contrast procedure. Ultrasound does not use radiation and is safe in pregnancy.
Reports and results
When will my report be ready?
Digital X-ray reports are usually ready the same day. Ultrasound and Doppler reports are usually ready within a few hours, after the radiologist reviews your scan.
Who reports my scan?
Every study is reported by a radiologist. See our Doctors page for the team.
How do I receive my X-ray images?
You receive your written report with your images on X-ray film or as a paper print.
Can I get my report online or on WhatsApp?
Not yet. Please collect your report from the front desk.
Women's imaging
Can I ask for a female doctor?
Yes. You can ask for a female doctor for your scan or procedure. Tell us when you message us on WhatsApp or when you arrive.
Is a female chaperone available?
Yes. A female chaperone is available on request, and there is a private changing area.
Can I bring a female relative with me?
Yes. A female relative is welcome to come with you to the clinic. A female chaperone is available on request during your scan.
Prices and payment
How much does a scan cost?
The price depends on the exact test your doctor has requested. Message us on WhatsApp at 0320-2616216 or call 041-2616216 and we will tell you. Sending a photo of the request slip is the quickest way.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, bank transfer (including Raast), JazzCash and Easypaisa.
